Rooms are serviced daily unless the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign is displayed. To help conserve water, please hang your towels if you’d like to reuse them, or leave them on the floor for a fresh set.

AIR CONDITIONING & SAFEKEEPING

Every room includes a wall-mounted air-conditioning control panel and a personal safety box. Please note we do not provide a general safe at the Front Desk.

PARKING

Complimentary parking is available on the ground and basement levels.

CONCIERGE

Our Concierge desk is available 24/7, in the lobby or by phone, to assist with your needs.

DRY CLEANING

Laundry submitted before 10:00 AM is returned the same day; later items are returned the next day.
